What we charge owners, and on what.
Full management fee
Full management is charged at 20% to 30% incl. VAT (TTC) of the rental price, according to the services chosen and the rate set in the owner's management mandate.
Calculation base
The percentage applies to the total amount of nights paid by guests, excluding VAT where applicable, cleaning and laundry fees, and tourist tax. Fees are stated including VAT at 20%.
Cleaning and laundry
Cleaning and laundry are charged to the guest and carry no cost for the owner.
Your exact rate
The exact rate is the one written in your management mandate. Nothing on this page replaces the signed mandate.
