How reviews are collected
Where guest reviews come from and what we do with them.
1. Where reviews come from
Reviews shown on this site are public reviews that guests left on booking platforms after their stays. They are imported automatically through our property management system.
2. No editing or selection
We do not edit review text, and the import does not select, filter or favour positive reviews. Reviews keep their original language and are not translated.
3. Ratings
A rating is shown only when live data provides it, with its source and date. If no rating is available, none is shown. We do not label reviews as verified guests.
4. Retention
Imported reviews are kept for as long as the property is marketed by us, unless the source platform withdraws the review or we receive a valid rights request (for example erasure or objection). When the property stops being marketed, its imported reviews stop being displayed. A review shows a rating only when the platform and date are known; otherwise only its text is shown, with the unknown source or date stated.
