Oasis du Sud is a recently renovated lovely 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor, in a classical 'bourgeois' Cannes building (no elevator). Enjoy an ideal location within a 5-minute walk to downtown and the train station. 100 m2 apartment, fully equipped American kitchen and living room. A/C in every room and also in the open living area. Ice cold in summer and cozy in winter! Quality linens and towels provided, using a 5-star laundry service.

Very well appointed and located and hosts were extremely helpful at all times. It is up two flights of stairs and no lift which was perfect for us but might be a consideration for others. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.

This location was perfect for our party of five. Having the extra bathrooms was very convenient. Once you get use to the area you will learn everything is within walking distance, the train, stores, pharmacy, shopping and resturants. We took a ferry to another location and the ferry was a very easy beautiful walk. The beds were comfortable, AC worked very well, kitchen had all amenities. Would stay again. Thank you

Great place for 5 teenagers celebrating a sweet 16 birthday. Dont forget to use the tunnel when you're heading into town, its a major shortcut!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was excellent, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room was a huge plus, especially during the summer. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, and having a washing machine with laundry detergent provided was very convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, Rue d’Antibes, Boulevard de la Croisette, and Gare de Cannes, making it easy to explore Cannes without relying on a car. It is an ideal apartment for families, with four bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable. The only point to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs may be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility. For us, it was not an issue at all. We would happily stay here again and
