Excellent apartment, beautifully appointed and extremely clean, everything you needed in the kitchen, microwave did not work but after a message to them confirmed manufacturing problem. Beach towels, iron and board, toilet paper, toiletries, washing machine and dryer, coffee, water, soft drinks, batteries, tool kit, umbrella all in apartment. Really everything in there you would need. Great distance from centre of Cannes and multi storey car park within walking distance, very quiet neighbourhood. Felt secure. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A safe in the apartment is the only thing I would add.

We are a family of three in Cannes for 5 days. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. Very clean, two full baths, spacious, comfortable beds, AC cooled the place so well. The location is great. Close enough to the beach (quick Uber or 20 min walk) and very close to restaurants and the train station. Was very easy to get an Uber when we needed it and very safe to walk around. And if we ever had a question we messaged and got very quick responses. Just a word of caution---getting heavy suitcases up the stairs is not easy. My wife and daughter could not have done it without me. Not enough of a reason to not stay here, just plan accordingly if you're not strong enough to do it. I would undoubtedly stay here again.

The property is a lovely space, it is beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. It’s close to the station (we managed to push our very large suitcase there and survived the stairs up to the apartment!) and a short walk into the centre. Chic Rentals made everything very easy for us! I’d recommend!
