We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and in an awesome location—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts were fantastic, extremely helpful, responsive, and made our stay so easy. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely rent this same apartment on our next visit. Highly recommended!

A hugely disappointing stay, made far worse by the way it was handled. The lift was broken, meaning my family had to climb 8 flights of stairs repeatedly throughout the holiday, including with children and luggage. I raised this immediately and asked to leave with a refund for the unused nights, but this was refused. I stayed only after Airbnb confirmed in writing that I would receive an agreed partial refund. Communication from the host was slow, evasive and unprofessional. After refusing my original request to leave, I was then messaged around midnight half way through as they had another guest lined up and told to leave by 10am the next morning, when finding suitable alternative accommodation was far more difficult. Instead of resolving the issue properly, the problem was repeatedly minimised and I spent far too much of my holiday climbing 8 flights of stairs and dealing with messages. Good location, but I could not recommend the property or the way it is managed.

Prime location, luxury shopping and restaurants moments away. Host was extremely accommodating. Most importantly the A/C worked flawlessly

We love every thing about this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Very spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location. We would definitely refer this apartment to our friends and family, and we will definitely return. Cristina Lahlouh
